Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween Everyone!!!! Here's a picture of our carved pumpkins. It's become kind of a tradition with the boys to carve a BYU pumpkin every year.

Josh and I were put on the activities commitee about a month ago so I figured we better dress up for our ward Halloween party. I went and scrounged through my moms old costumes and found this Statue of Liberty costume I wore when I was about 14. I wanted us to have a couples theme and decided Uncle Sam would be cute to go with the Statue of Liberty. Josh was a good sport to get dressed up with me.

So originally I was going to have Gracie be Belle for Halloween but this girl is so obsessed with High School Musical that when Ellie decided to be Gabriella, Gracie had to be her as well. She watches HSM atleast once a day and she knows all the words to the songs. She was so excited when we took her to see HSM3. We went to the 10pm showing and I thought for sure she wouldn't make it through the whole movie but instead she was dancing and wide eyed through the whole thing. I'm not kidding when I say this kid is obsessed with it. She went from age 2-13 in a matter of months. She skipped the whole princess stage.

Trying to get a decent picture of these turkeys is pratically impossible!! This is the best I could come up with. Zach looks like he's in pain. In case you can't tell, Graice and Ellie are Gabriella from HSM and Zach is their boyfriend Troy and Matthew is a BYU cougar.

Grandma B with her grandkids.

This is Ellie and her cousin Saige.

After the kids go trick or treating we get the grandkids all together to get some pictures. We end up having a little party. The kids had fun playing Halloween Bingo and Musical Chairs to Halloween music. That's Devin, Vanessa. Mom, Me with my eyes closed and Diana on the back row and all the little cutey pie grandkids up front.

Candy we passed out to trick or treaters.

Candy after trick or treating. We end up with way more than we gave out! I already want to puke!!!!

I think your costumes were clever too. Sounds like we would have had fun at HSM3 together.

Very cute Elizabeth.

Your kids look so cute. That makes me laugh that Gracie is so into HSM. I am taking Reagan to see it in about an hour. She has been dying that it has taken so long for us to go see it, but Steve has been working a ton, and I didn't want to take the boys. Steve finally has a day off today. It looks like your Halloween was pretty fun. Ours wasn't as fun, Steve worked, of course, and so I got to do it all by myself. My poor kids. Oh well.
