Happy Birthday Ellie!!!

The kids love picking out presents for each other on their birthdays. They have so much fun finding the perfect gift that they think the other needs or will love. Matthew got Ellie some new flip flop slippers because her other one's got too small and she gave them to Gracie. Zach got her some new gloves because her other one's are too big and he remembered that her hands got frost bite the last time we went sledding (so sweet). Gracie got her some new headbands that Mom helped her pick out and one's she insists on wearing herself :o).

My beautiful girls!!!

Mom and Dad got Ellie a pink ripstick and IPod for her birthday. She's loving listening to all her music and says she'll learn to ride the ripstick when it gets warmer outside (I think she's a little scared of it). You are such a beautiful girl Ellie and we feel honored to be your parents. Happy #7!!!

Ellie chose to eat at Chickfila with all of her family on her birthday. She got some fun presents as usual from the fam...lots of cute clothes, fun games and 2 gerbil zhu zhu pets from her Grandmas.

Ellie begged to have a party with her friends this year. She decided she wanted to go roller skating for her party. All-in-all the girls did a great job skating, even with it being most of their first time.

Eating pizza and opening more presents!

Best buddies!!!

Micah was Josh and I's entertainment during the party. He was doing all sorts of tricks on his roller blades. These pictures didn't turn out very good and don't do justice in showing some of his moves on the rink. Thanks Micah and Jenny for helping with the party. We couldn't have kept track of all the girls with out you guys!

More Fun in the Snow

It's good to have GREAT FRIENDS with FUN toys! Our neighbors invited us to go sledding up Fairview canyon for Martin Luther King Day. Josh was in all his glory riding around on the snowmobile all day. (We won't mention the fact that he rolled it once...oops, I just did:o) Luckily nothing happen to him or the snowmobile!

The kids had a great time getting pulled up the hill by snowmobiles and then getting to go down the hill on their sleds over and over again (Definitely made for a lot less whining from the kids and happy parents that didn't have to drag them up the hill).

Gracie right after she wiped out at the bottom of the hill. She wasn't too happy and we couldn't get her to go down again.

The girls eating lunch in the trailer. Aren't they cute?!?! Thanks guys for the invite and for such a great day. We had a blast!

Bringing in the New Year...

Our friends put on a great New Year's Eve party for neighbors and family this year. The kids had a blast ice skating. I was really surprised at how well all the kids stayed up on their skates.

On New Year's Day we took the kids sledding on an awesome hill near Eric's house. We went back to Eric and Elicia's after wards and had hot chocolate, subways and then played some super fun games into the evening. It was great to spend the day with family. Happy New Year everyone!!!
